KOOKAÏ offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return full-priced items within 21 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or e-boutique credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel, ensuring all original hangtags and hygiene stickers remain intact.

• 3.
  Submit Postage

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality boutique team receives and inspects your return, your refund or credit note will be issued within 5-7 business days.
